Oh man, I am glad to leave the last campground.
As Wanda says we were camped "cheek to jowl" and next to the noisy expressway.
As I walked towards the shower late last nigh, I saw a variety of campers
People sitting inside of big campers watching TV with the satellite dish outside.
Others were sitting around campfires chatting.
Finally a group of people watching a movie on a flat screen on the outside of an RV.
This morning we drove up the south side of the St Lawrence Seaway headed to the Gaspe Peninsula.
A lot of dairy farms and fields of safflowers can be seen along the roadside.
Lunch time we stopped at a
Fromagerie Des Basque for some cheese and bread.
This small shop lis ocated in the town of Trois Pistoles.
Most of the cheese sold was fresh in the store.
So much for my short vegan stint.
I will resume again when I return home.
Tonight we are camped at the edge of the St Lawrence Seaway at St Flavie behind Restaurant Homard (seafood).
We are "cheek to jowl" here also but it has more feel of a small family campground.
A couple just pulled up in a comfortable and set up their tent next to us.
A nice way to travel this area.
Calm waters and beautiful sunset as the tide comes into shore.
Wonderful view from our camp!
