August 16,
I have been up since 6:30 thinking it was 7:30-I could have slept another hour!
It is suppose to clear up in another day or so.
Several hours later we are in Cape Breton at Cheticamp, Nova Scotia.
More rain predicted for tomorrow.
We are in the fiddle area of Nova Scota.
The music iin this area s a cross between Cajun and Celtic music
We are also back in an Acadia area with mainly French speaking people.
We dined last night to live guitar music written and played
by a father and son duo.

We camped out at Cheticamp Campgound.
I think this was the darkest campground this trip.
In fact, it is the darkest area at night I have ever been.
Pitch black with the overcast sky.
We had only one other group of fellow campers in the entire area.
My last trip to the restroom was a little scary.
I kept imaging the coyotes we were warned about
in the park information literature.
I kept looking for bright eyes in the bushes or growls of the coyotes.
Oh, the adventures of non wilderness camping!
