Winds blasted our campsite last night.
It was so strong we did not raise the top on the van.
The up current near the cliff was strong enough to shove a person

We arrived early at Perce
so we could catch an early boat to the island.
We found a campsite downtown Perce,
loaded up our packs, and
rushed to the docks.
Winds too strong!

It seems the boats can not dock safely on
Bon Adventure Island due to the winds and rough water.
We are spending another day in town and hope to hike the island tomorrow.
